bathroom in this unit has issues,
cold water tap does not shut water flow completely,
bathroom sink has stopper problems that tenant tried to fix,and failed in the attempt,
I have noticed the mold on the ceiling and elsewhere...i will get rogers crew to paint and caulk where needed.
