The tenants cannot remove the light fixture, it is right over their bed, which is very heavy. Can you please put tarps down, remove the fixture, put in new bulbs, check that the electrical is ok. The ceiling was not wet, there was no water coming from 301. No water in 101, or in the storage rooms. Ok to go anytime. Thanks!
