Now it seems that things could be done better? For about 2 weeks (except for 2 nights when he was away)water( approximately 2 cups) has been gushing down in his bathroom. When he first noticed it (after the first 3 nights)he took the heat lamp down and the fan out. He also noticed that the insulation was moldy and black. So he left out the fixtures to dry out the insulation. Then he asked for maintenance to come because the water still continued from 11:45 till midnite every night very quickly. The maintenance came and Mr. L. noticed that the fixtures and the unhealthy insulation replaced. The water still comes at the same regular times. Mr. Lange says that if nothing done to fix this problem,he feels he has no alternative but to call professional people to fix it and to take the cost of that off his rent. [Helen] | work complete.
