Enamel touch up is required on stove top and around washroom basin. Thx-Steve [Bonnie/Steve]	Confirmed toilet filling excessively. Found the fill valve float not terminating the fill cycle. Replaced the fill valve. Re-tested toilet and new valve terminates water fill once tank has reached required water level. However the toilet seemed to have other issues which were suggestive, but not convincing. The flapper needed replacement as it was ready to tear from the lower loop of the chain. Touched up basin and installed new aerator. Touched up stove also removed the decor front glass and cleaned staining from inside. Glass needed to be removed from frame and only a technician with experience with this can commence repair. Thank you	occupant

Thx-Steve [Bonnie/Steve]	Further to the request of loose tap handles and the faucet assembly not fastened tightly I found that the lock nuts under the sink which mount to countertop had broken free from their suppot bracket. I removed old broken support nuts/bracket/hoses and cleaned the debris from the old worn parts which had disintergrated. Re-installed a brand new support braket with brand new support nuts and re-fastened to the support bracket tightly. The cartridge handles were found unsteadily from side to side upon just touching them. I removed cap, re-positioned the location of handles to point at 7 O'Clock as recommended by manufacture(Waltech). I re-tightened the screws with lock tight and the handles are now very steady and the faucet assembly is now secure. Thank you,Vito	occupant
